about

INTERSOMA - HANNAH

Hannah (she/her) is an experienced, Masters qualified therapist and the founder of Intersoma, providing inclusive, evidence-based therapy for those navigating the complexities of parenting, neurodivergence, trauma, and relationships. Her work sits at the intersection of clinical expertise and lived experience, creating a grounded space for restoration, healing, and change.

With a career dedicated to supporting marginalised communities and survivors of trauma, Hannah’s professional approach is rooted in nervous system regulation and relational safety. She deeply understands the importance of autonomy, choice, and trust, supporting her clients to embody these values through a collaborative and individually tailored method.

Beyond her practice, Hannah is a mother and neurodivergent caregiver who has navigated 18 years of partnership. She brings the perspective of someone who has personally managed the realities of high-demand parenting, PDA, school can’t, and burnout. This depth of understanding allows her to offer therapeutic services to couples and families from a truly human-centered perspective.

Recognising the immense pressure families face today, where systemic gaps and caregiving exhaustion often lead to profound disconnection, Hannah founded Intersoma to help clients move beyond the isolation of survival mode, toward intergenerational thriving. Her sessions are relational and neuro-affirming, focusing on helping individuals regain agency, healing partnerships through high-demand seasons, and providing practical tools to soothe the collective family system.
