PRESENCE. CONNECTION. TRANSFORMATION.

The heart behind Intersoma

Hello, I’m Hannah.

I’m a registered psychotherapist & counsellor specialising in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming care for individuals, couples, and families. Intersoma is where clinical expertise and lived experience meet, creating an ethically grounded and supportive space to unfurl, heal, and connect.

My professional background is deeply rooted in individual and collective nervous system care. My career has been spent working alongside survivors and marginalised communities reclaiming their safety through processes supporting somatic and relational healing.

I am also a mother and neurodivergent caregiver and have been partnered for 18 years. The quality and journey of these relationships and roles are meaningful to my work and human experience. I know that finding an ethical, non-judgmental therapist who gets it is a right, not just a preference.

Intersoma is here to walk beside you through life's complex seasons. As an integrated practitioner, I’m here to support you in finding agency, heal relationships, build capacity, and provide practical tools to soothe the sensitive family nervous system.
